After receiving inquiry all corporate or natural people receive pro-forma invoice via email.

After the payment of pro-forma invoice on artists personal account you will receive at the latest in 15 work days unique botany art via post with confirmation regarding payment and a certificate (with detailed information about the content of botany (healing) plants on individual art, the artist, dimensions and new proprietor).

In case you wish to see the chosen unique botany art, we can arrange for a meeting, where an artist will show you a picture and explain all in person. If you decide to purchase a picture, pro-forma invoice will be given in person. After the payment of pro-forma invoice a unique botany art will be given to you as well as an invoice and certificate. The costs of postage and sending are included in price.

Terms of return unique botany art:
The unique botany art may be returned in 15 days after receipt of unique botany art, following written notification to supplier on info@uniquebotanyart.com.

Undamaged art with original invoice and certificate should be posted to the following address, with postscript »in return«. 20% of purchase price will be withheld; the rest will be transferred to buyer's account in 15 days, when art is returned to the artist undamaged.

The buyer settles the costs of postage and sending.
